I was looking for a good TV for my bedroom and sellers led me to this one, I am pretty satisfied with my purchase. I don’t need many special features but I Have my laptop connected to it and it looks amazing. The only thing is that it has a very basic set of features like picture mode, sound, etc. And also the first thing I noticed was that the TV is very thin and is nice looking but the TV controller looks cheap and is simple and overall ugly. I hate my TV controller I’m buying a new one soon enough.
I really wanted an LED tv because of the picture advantages, but I didn’t want to pay the premium cost. I ended up with this model because of that. The picture is great. I read a review about the picture being bad up close, but I have not had this problem at all. The image is crisp and bright from most angles, regardless of sunlight in the room. I was let down by the features though. I thought that the USB port would allow me to watch movies of portable hard drive… not so! It will only let you look at pictures and play music (why would you play music through the sub-par speakers?). The remote also sort of… dinky. Although it does have a great favorites/history list that you can scroll though using the arrows. You can’t modify the picture settings very much either. Overall… I happy with what I got given the price. The picture looks just as good as higher priced TV’s and isn’t the picture really the key factor?
Just picked this up a couple days ago, more than pleased thus far, however i do agree with the others, the built in speakers are really bad, but i planned on getting a sound system eventually anyways.

Just picked this up a couple days ago, more than pleased thus far, however i do agree with the others, the built in speakers are really bad, but i planned on getting a sound system eventually anyways.
I was so excited when I found this deal online. It shipped immediately and arrived in perfect condition. This TV was a great buy, but the speakers are terrible. I wasn’t planning on having to look into surround sound, but now I might have to. Everything else about the TV is great though!

Had it about 3 weeks now and the TV has no problem. Toshiba itself is a pretty good quality TV.

We got it on sale for 500. Great price for a really nice TV. Shipped immediately and received in perfect condition. Only wish there were more AV cable connectors. We’re a little old school and have an old fashioned VCR, lol, plus DVD player and gaming console, which we used to connect directly to the TV for convenience.
I’ve been keeping my eye out for a 40” 1080p LED LCD for quite a while, and when this went on sale for 499 dollars+shipping I jumped on it. The TV was in fine shape, assembled quickly and easily, and displayed my Comcast hi-def TV channels with good quality. There are TVs with better picture, audio, etc. available I’m sure, but at a much higher price. I’m not a gamer or 3D movie viewer, so this more than fit the bill at a great price.

My other tv was so heavy 148 lbs this one is 30 lbs lot easer to clean under
