Took about an hour to put together and i consider myself very mechanically inclined, looks nice after set up for the price.
I needed a stand for my new 40″ flat screen that could also hold components such as Blu-ray player, satellite box, network streamer etc. This unit was the best fit and value I could find without resorting to online merchants. And BestBuy dropped the price a week after I bought it but, as usual, it was no problem getting a price adjustment. The assembly took a little time, but was manageable given the simple instructions.
We are using this for component storage alone and the space is great. Looks fantastic and you can’t beat the price!

I bought a new 55″ LED LCD tv and mounted it on my wall. The stand originally carrying my 32″ LCD tv, Fios DVR, and PS3 now looked too awkward sitting underneath my new massive tv. So I started looking for a decent metal/glass stand to carry or display my Fios DVR and PS3. I’m big on symmetry and balance when it comes to appearance or esthetics. I tried IKEA, but they had nothing that good for a reasonable price. Then I saw this stand for far less than I could have expected. It was easy to put together and was just simply elegant to look at sitting underneath my tv. I still have a shelf left for other stuff like games or movies, or some other device.
Went together with ease. Gets the job done. Haven’t had a problem with it.
The stand went together very quick. Directions were ok. I have a HD Satellite Receiver, a Yamaha A/V Receiver, a Blu-Ray Player and a heavy B&W Center Speaker on the stand. It looks sleek and I can tell it is not strong enough to actually lean an adult’s weight on it to reach around and do cabling etc. but strong enough to hold Components safely and looks great.
If you’re looking for a good television stand without spending a lot of money. Look no further.

very stable. a little hard to install but i’m all thumbs so don’t take my word for it.
I was looking at several similar stands from Target and Walmart. I didn’t even know about this deal, but wandered over to take a look at TV stands while I was out shopping for a new router. I saw it on sale for $80, and WOW! Cheapest I could find for anything similar was around the 140-150 mark, and they didn’t seem sturdy at all. With a steel frame and some heavy duty tempered glass, this is a great buy. I just wish it had more clips, etc for running excess wires. I don’t like seeing the jumble of wires behind from a PS3, Xbox 360, router, modem, all the fun stuff… Long story short, definitely worth the buy! 42″ TV fits perfectly
