Very good quality picture. Matches up well as a second monitor to my HP w2207h. Had a bit of a washed out look with the automatic settings, but really came alive with vivid colors after manual adjustment.
This is my favorite monitor. Over a year our company has acquired four of these.
I got this monitor based on the reviews I read here. I’m very satisfied with it great picture the colors are very good. I got it on sale for 179.99 can beat that for a 23″ LED back light. I highly recommended.
I love the FM Tuner! It is easy to operate, and I have had no problems! The only problem I have is that there is now a 16 GB version! Thankfully there is a buy back program! I am gonna upgrade!
The Dynex was purchased as a second tv. I lookked at other brands but the Dynex had a good combination of features (each of the others I looked at lacked 1 or more key features) and had the lowest price. The picture quality was good when hooked to regular cable but really popped when connected to HD cable via DVMI even at 720.
I have 2 of these monitors connected in the same computer. I use them for CAD design. they work great and image is very good. Very good price.. recommended
I bought two of these for my own personal use and I absolutely love their size, weight, and image quality. I’ve always been a fan of HP products and this one didn’t fail to satisfy.
Picture quality is superb. Stand is slightly flimsy. Limited stand tilt. No ability to rotate monitor for vertical display use.
An excellent all around monitor. Running a 2 monitor set up, and it has great picture quality.
The screen is bright, and sharp. the frame is very plain, and indestinct, could use a little trim , maybe.
Pros: This has by far been the best-looking monitor I’ve seen in years. More so an LED thing than an HP thing, but no matter the picture is very sharp, LED backlighting makes it very bright, and things are extremely clear and easy to read.Low profile design is a plus, makes it sleek looking and nice for low-space areas.
Cons: No speakers. I understand this is not an advertising issue as it clearly stated it didn’t have any, but don’t plan on hooking up an HDMI device that doesn’t need audio, because you won’t get it unless it outputs sound in some other way via a different cable.No backlit HP logo like some other HP models offer. Purely cosmetics, doesn’t affect performance.The slim design comes at the cost of an external power supply. Not really a con, I’ve just come to appreciate the convenience of connecting 120V directly into a flat panel monitor without the need of an external transformer brick.If compared to a newer LCD, colors may appear to be a bit off, but perhaps its just the default settings. They still look normal and crisp, just different than one of my other monitors. Other Thoughts: Definitely recommend for anyone in the gaming/graphics design business. Picture and colors are fabulous and the monitor has an overall good feel to looking at it. Sharp, bright picture, multiple inputs, and a good refresh rate are all the more reason to invest the extra $$$ into this monitor as compared to a cheaper LCD.

Cons: mount could be better but it works! i also dont thing u can mount this thing as i do not see bracket slots… Other Thoughts: i upgraded from 2x 17in flat screen acers all i can say is i love it and you will not regret your purchase
Pros: Good looking picture. I have it setup next to my other LG E2040T and the picture is much more vibrant on the HP.
Cons: The base is kind of wobbly. It’s better than the lower end Samsung base which doesn’t look sturdy at all. If you have a light desk that can shift easily when someone bumps into it then you might want to find a way to secure it better if possible, or just not buy it.

Cons: None. Unfortunately, I did not buy it from newegg. I found it from another online retailer. It was brand new and cheap at $149.00+10s&h. Other Thoughts: In the future, HP should consider supplying all the accessories which goes with the products it sells. This product comes with everything except the HDMI cable. I don’t mind about it; although it means more money out of your pocket, but some consumers might get angry!
Pros: Variety of inputs. Light weight. Case is not too glossy. Easy to switch inputs.
Cons: Brightness isn’t consistent from Left to Right. The left side is brighter. Maybe that is their LED light source. Not sure.
Pros: Great colors. Vibrant. Little color shift. Sharp and Detailed.Non-Glare screen type. Can turn of the Power LED if you like.HDMI, DVI and VGA connections. Little backlight bleed thru.Overall a fantastic monitor for the price you pay.
Cons: Not a fan of the glossy black frame they are using on products these days. Would prefer a matte type finish.Sadly, no VESA mount. Other Thoughts: Unlike many other manufactures, this one comes with both DVI & VGA cables! I am using it with the Apple mini display-port to DVI converter with no issues.
Pros: I got this today, No Pixel problems, hook it up by VGA and done some adjustment, All I can say is AMAZING!! Im loving this every moment!! Color are TRUE!! Sharpness I ever seen and owned. it have few modes you want it be, gaming, Moving, photo, text, very easy setting..BUY THIS PRODUCTS!! You won’t be Sorry!
Cons: I’d say this monitor is best graphic and gaming, better than my led TV thats for sure. I bought HP for all my life and never has plms, Im using PC VIA Vga, Xbox 360 VIA HDMI.I have 2210m model and it was really good and I’d say this 2311x is beat 2210m by 100%! Color is too amazing, i got for 214.99 Shipped within 2 days at home. I’d recommand this to everyone, 2311x is usually 249.99 or something, 2310m is cost about same and I’d get LED instead because HP know how to make this wonderful product for this price Other Thoughts: I bought this few monitor, hated it23″ ViewSonic Led. Ghost too bad24″ Samsung, Color was not an TRUEWish This monitor has VESA mount, But stand is GREAT!!. The stand little shaky when u accident bump desk but still hold it well… very thin and low power, Im very truly happy with this products, My friend got 2511x and it exaclty look same, 23 is perfect for my desk size and its BIG!!
Pros: Nice size for desktop. Vibrant colors. Plenty bright enough for use in my sun-room. Thin, light and non-obtrusive. MOVIES ARE BEAUTIFUL.
Cons: Pretty much I see the amount of ghosting I’d expect for a 5ms monitor… No egg dinged for that. I see color dithering in test images and sometimes in “normal use”; it seems short on “real” colors. NO VESA MOUNT. Other Thoughts: Install disk did not automatically activate color profile. Need to go into “Advanced” menus on display to select and activate it. I am “lukewarm” about this monitor but for the price I think I should be “ecstatic.”
