  Pros: Terrific picture. Really pops colors out at you. The sound and sound options on this set are nice. Several modes to put it into including voice amplification and overall amplification. Very easy to hookup and get going. Seamless connection to the web and to Directv.
  
  Cons: Remote could be sturdier, when you come up with that as a con, then you may assume I am searching hard for a flaw. Other Thoughts: Great price for this set. I obtained it on sale for 120 less so it was even better. Great quality as usual with Samsung products.

  I purchased this TV on Black Friday 2009. I bought it because I had never seen a 40 inch TV for under $650. I found out once I wanted to hook up a PS2, XBox, Blu-Ray and Audio Reciever, that it had limited amount of input ports. 2HDMI and 1 RCA means limited hook ups if it is your main TV. I would recommend this TV for the price but the # of inputs is a little lacking.

  I Don’t need to buy a Smart TV, this have almost evrything that an average smart tv have (exep downloable apps), if you just want to enjoy your video games or home theatre it have 4 hdmi, Connect Share (reads meadia from any USB Device), and the best feature is AllShare compatible (works Great whit any Galaxy S smartphone), but you need to buy the wi-fi adapter if you whant to acces to your DLNA devices wirelesly or simply connect via lan to your router and that’s it. Best LCD TV For the price.

  We bought this when the wife wanted to “re-do” the guest bedroom. I refuse to buy any TV going forward a. under 40″ and b. that doesn’t have a LAN jack on it. Its just too easy now to stream content from a NAS or media PC to the TV. I was impressed by how much faster the tv’s menu’s responded over my Samsung 46B650. The interface for accessing things on the house LAN worked awesome and the codecs seemed to play all my questionably sourced internet downloads. Overall, great TV for 600 bucks. Love love love Samsung TV’s.
